GENERAL
• By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions.
• The price will vary a lot from the complexity of the character
• I can decline the request if I don't feel comfortable.
• I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.
• NFT usage is strictly forbidden.
• If you have any questions, please contact me!
• You must credit me if you are going to use the commission.
• I tend to experiment a lot so the coloring style is inconsistent especially now that I'm practicing drawing on a new software. So pls take note of this if you want to commission me.I Can ✓

all illustrations have a maximum of 3 changes per commission, in case the number of changes in the drawing is exceeded, an extra cost of +$5 usd will be chargedDEADLINES AND DELIVERY
If you have a delivery date and you want your commission to be placed on the top of the waiting list and being a priority will have an extra cost depending on the type of commission you choose and the complexity of it.USE
• you can use the illust on the platform you want free of charge ! ^^
• You are NOT authorized to trace over my Artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”
• You may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.
• You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork
• Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. I will send you a full resolution image (by sta.sh or email), but my signature will remain on both the full resolution and smaller versions of the Artwork.
• I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. In the case of a Public Commission, I may do whatever I wish with the art (eg. post it to other sites such as Instagram) but will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character’s design.
• In the case of a commission, I will not claim the rights to a character design unless it was one of my own designs. Therefore I will not reuse/resell the Artwork for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.
• In the case of an adoptable design, I will not reuse/resell the rights to the design once ownership is transferred to you, the Client.REFUNDS
• Cancellations are acceptable as long as payment has not been sent yet. (Please, if you plan to cancel the order, let me know, no problem! ^^)
• No refunds after starting the first sketchCOMMUNICATION

• Any message or comments that you send must come in the following languages: English or Spanish
• Any comments that are rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non-constructive may result in blacklisting.
• As soon as your commission request is accepted, I will do my best to respond quickly and proceed with it, as soon as the payment is done I will put you on my trello waiting list and I will notify you as soon as your turn has arrived and I will send you the first sketch,
If everything is correct, I will start with the colors and I will send you advances often until I finish your commission. ♡

• the price of any type of commission will have taxes included %5
• Price for 1 emoteREVISIONS
I will send you advances followed by how your emote is going after having started it for better communication, the first to confirm if the sketch is ok, then I will send you one to confirm the colors!DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
if you have a deadline and I have other pending commissions I will have to charge an extra from 10usd onwards depending on how many emotes you have requested to put it at the top of the list and be a priorityUSE
• you can use the emotes on the platform you want
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• the emotes cannot be re-sold (In case you want to sell the emotes you will have to contact me for the price of that type of commercial use)REFUNDS
